Teen Martial Art Classes
(Teens/Adults classes are for 45 minutes 2x a week.)
Our Teens and Adults program is specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of every individual. Our students will learn practical and affective self-defense techniques through application & step-by-step explanation of each technique. Students are challenged with conditioning drills to see
that each student reaches their highest potential of flexibility and strength. Students are also encouraged to set goals monthly.
The program is geared towards achieving one’s own highest potential mentally & physically. Wellness is promoted through fitness and the stress reducing drills introduced in the class. Our goal is to help our students in their quest for personal growth in a fun and comfortable environment. Whether a students’ goal is weight loss or having higher self-esteem, we assure to help that goal become a reality.
